Molly Cassidy is an accomplished attorney with a practice focused on estate planning, corporate transactional law, and real estate matters. She advises closely held businesses throughout their entire life cycle—from entity formation and day-to-day operations through growth, restructuring, and exit transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Molly also works with individuals and families to design and implement comprehensive estate plans, including the drafting of Wills and Trusts tailored to long-term personal and business objectives. Her practice further includes a range of real estate matters, including residential and commercial leasing, as well as related transactional and advisory work.
Molly earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2019, where she demonstrated exceptional academic achievement. She also holds a Doctorate in Education, summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona, reflecting her deep commitment to both law and education. Prior to her legal career, Molly served as a public-school administrator, where she honed her leadership and organizational skills.
Beyond her practice, Molly is an active member of the Arizona Women's Law Association, where she serves as an officer on the Southern Arizona Steering Committee in the role of Secretary. She also serves as a Patient Advocate for the National Comprehensive Cancer Network and NRG Oncology.
